TicketCollector.xml

Hi All,

I've had a problem with TicketCollector.xml file.
the file is already formed but it is empty.
i've tried to removed it and install it again, and it's work succesfully.
but in a few month this problem happen agains

any body know where the problem is ?

my OXO R510 is in branch office,
i installed the OHL Driver in head office with IP connection.
