Hi all. I am facing a new problem with the attendant telephone. My coustomer complains that the ringing volume decrease (you can´t hear when the phone rings). The oxe is f2.502. The coustomer can´t indentify what happend before this issue: I mean that there is no specific event (for example PSTN incoming call, internal incoming call) that is causing this issue.
Has anyone face this problem before?. Thanks in advance.

4049 PAC?
4059 MAC (with PAC interface)?
4035 mini operator?
4046 flatbed console?
