Hi, I'm new in the forum....

I have a oxo with recorded music on hold. The customer uses the music on hlod to advertising some products.

Problem: I want to hear the message only once, is there any way to have the moh without loop.

And when you hear it once, what do you want to happend then?? The system makes a loop because noone wants silence when you are on hold. Regards.

Can hear the busy tone after the moh? I should offer that option to the customer. Show him the possibilities.

You can make a Massage and after this you can decide too give instead of MOH tone for waiting people.

Remember in OXO you have for massages only 64 /128 secounds.

Can you please post detailed information, is there any label to do this?? I can't find it.

Is the product message more than 2 min? You can have customised MOH up to 2min.
Using audio utility, you can append the product message with probably some kinda loyalty free music, to make up for the silence if product message is less than 2 min.
With additional license and voice harddisk, you can have it up to max 10mins. Of course, the message will loop after the licensed 2 or 10 mins.
But why would caller want to be put on hold for 5, 10 mins? I would hangup after 1~2
min.
