is anyone else having problems downloading the new actis from the BPWS

Two days the BPWS works disgustingly - maybe a too many people wishing to download new ACTIS?
And I can't see Proposal for new R8 on BPWS...

Yeah. Actis 15.1 should have been available from 15th Nov, but today is 17th and Actis 14.5.2 is the version available on ABPS.

Actis 15.1 present -
https://businessportal.alcatel-lucent.com, on old BPWS you can see only version 14.5.2

Usually they were both updated (probably they will soon finally close businesspartner)
