Doubt about languages

Hi there

I'm doing some tests with an OXE R9.1. OXE is on vmware. There is a GD board with mada1. The system is running ok.
I've sent the standard system voice guides through ALU voice guide transfer tool. The software has sent Portuguese (Brazil), English, French and Spanish languages. After I've set on the system VOICE GUIDE INDEX MG to the GD board shelf 2 slot 0, I've got to manage the language for an user. Everything ok.
My doubt is the follow:
Is it possible to have other laguages?
Example: Portuguese, Dutch, German and English.
I was reading OXE databook about VG and MOH and it's written:

"The OXE country code detected by the software determines which guides can be loaded. for example, standard Turkish guides cannot be downloaded if OXE country code is fr (France)."

As I understood, if my system is set for br (Brazil) I only can have Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.

Thanks for all help.

I've remebered of ACTIS. ACTIS has a page where we set the four languages. VG transfer tool probably sees them and tranfers the right languages. I will do a test and post here.

To have several languages: multilingual voice guide license needed (lock 5). You can configure whatever languages you need (not license dependable). You just need to configure them and upload the relevant generic or custom vg's.

2 language example:
In mgr-->system language 1 English; language 2 French. You have to associate to them display index language and voice guide index language. Then in mgr-->System-->flash voice guide index: 1 must be with language choice English (that is generic English voice guides - example) 2 French (generic French vg)
About MOH: you can load custom MOH files on free vg positions like 80 for French and 81 for English. Then delete tone 2, create vg 2 and configure in it flash message for language 1 = 80 and flash message for language 2 = 81

Hi Tot3nkopf

Thank you for all help. System --> go down --> flash voice guide configuration --> review/modify was the answer for the doubt. I did the configurations in system --> review/modify but when I set voice guide index MG, GD didn't download VG from AS.
After I set flash VG configuration, everything worked ok.

Regards.

tot3nkopf beat me to it. I had the same problem when I did multi languages the first time. Not sure if they've updated the docs, but they were wrong/missing about 2-3 years ago.
