Customer would like to be able to send attendant calls to a mobile using the system time ranges.
If i put a virtual or a real single line extension and divert it to a mobile then place the extension in the attendant group it does not route.
Any advice ?

You need to program a collective speed dialing number (like 8000).
After that you can make a call divertion on this number with time range or with a taste.

Allready created a speed dial number and diverted a real and a virtual extn ,after placing them into the attendant group, to the destination but no joy.
Not sure what you mean by a tast ?

Have you configured CC for the trunk groups involved in this and PNC for the virtual user?

Sorry for my last comment (too much work on OXE that's why

).
CC=connection category = on OXO joining between trunk groups involved
PNC= public network category= on OXO external calling rights
Please check also in the virtual user: transfer to external--> yes + join incoming and outgoing.

Yes checked features everything set. Even tried call distrtibution on the trunk to the virtual/real set no joy. Adjusted public numbering plan to route to user but would not route to external device ?
Software level 4.1/023.005

If you call that virtual extension from another extension what happens?

It diverts no problem.
In time ranges i have put a speed dial number in the target for distribution when the time ranges are taken into account , still no joy.
Im going to put the latest 4.1 sw onto it tomorrow and test again.

Then you may review:
-joining between trunk groups (tick the proper joining between incoming and outgoing trunks)
-in user tick in features join incoming and outgoing, incoming and incoming, outgoing and outgoing (the first one should be enough); also tick (but I think you already tick this) transfer to external.
My guess is that this is a joining problem. Good luck.

This isn't a release problem. Is a configuration problem. Upgrading will not solve your problem.
