Does anyone know if it's possible to set a notification on a users voicemail box using an outgoing call (Like on the 4635)?
In the documentation/presentations, I can only find notification by MWI, MyIC and voiceguide.

No, but maybe installing MyIC Mobile on their cell phones can also work.
