IP Phone forward to Voice Mail Rls. 5.1

Hi!

3 weeks ago, I put in servicie an OXO Rls 5.1 with CPU3-m and daughterboard VoIP4-1. All services works ok, but when a users call to IP phones 4018 and 4028 they are forwarded to voicemail.

In each case in suscribers>details>diversion I saw a Diversion type Immediate to voice mail. Then I delete, but after 3 or 4 hours the problem come back.

I think a problem with the network but, I disconect the cable UTP and wait 5 minutes reconect and the phone works again without forward.

Any help?
