It is possible to transfer a call revived by an agent to a outside number. There is any memory flag to be change?

You should have no problem with that.
Are you able to transfer calls from normal extensions? External lines analog or digital?

In this case I'm working with ISDN lines. I have check all the parameter, In a normal situation I can do the transfer to a mobile phone, for exemple. But when I try to tranfer from a ACD Agent , I Can't do it!! do I have to validate any flag?

I don't remember such flag. Make tests in your lab.

Im using OXO with OMC 71157.1a
Can anyone tell me how to transfer an incoming call that is receive by an agent to a cellular phone or pstn number? Please help.

I am having problem forwarding incoming call to Agent ( if the agent didnt answer in 10 tones) to cellular or PSTN. Can anyone help?
