ACR to differentaite Guest language

Hello,

we install a new CCD in a Hotel, we need to distribute the calls from Guest to Agents according to Guest Language which has been chosen when check-in.
can we do that using ACR.

Hotel + ccd integration? I don't think so, not in IAA/ CCD (OTCC SE), you may ask using IAA what is preferred language, but i don't expect that it could be passed from hotel info to context of CCD. Any CCIVR with csta integration? (still don't sure what private data in vendor encoded info are relevant to hotel) maybe your hotel software (that uses AHL) should put this info in some IVR, and then ivr should route calls.

Never worked with ACR, but, I think this might work:
-when checking in one room include language abv in front of the number (PMS should be able to do that): EN John Doe, FR Francois Leblanc, etc
-when dialing front/back office ccd service maybe you can use a script with smth like if name begins with EN then...

You should test this in your lab

But this may be work with only one room, but I talk about a Hotel.
I know that ACR can work with external database, so can ACR work with Internal DB of OXE?

Why should this work with only one room?
The name of the client is configured in the PBX for each client at check in by PMS.
