Dear Tech team,

i am installed Bics 2.1 with all virtual machines. Yeaterday i planned for backup activity for virtual machines and applications.

I have done backup for all the virual machines in external hard disk But i am not able to take application backup. i am getting error when iam trying to take application backup. Here i have attached the error snapshot.

yeaterday i took virual machines backup. Again in future i have to take backup for virtual machines is required or not.

The problem seemt to be in the SSH connection to My Teamwork? Are you able to an manual temawork backup when you loged in as administrator in Teamwork?
