Look in the Translator and see if you have a prefix (in node 2) that is the dir no. of the voicemail and make sure the sub-parameter for that prefix = voicemail.
If not, you will need to run some audits node 1 (if that is where the voicemail is) from node 2.

yes,dir no 3000 is assigned on node 2 &sub parameter is also voicemail,
but it stiil not working.
voice mail is assigned on node 2 extension but by dialing 43 local feature, voice mail access no,
the no dialed is not authorised.\
when i see prefix of node 2 it shows dir no 3000,but on node 1 prefix it does not show 3000.
but 43 is configured on both sides.
please help in detail

Do you have on node 2 OPS lock 84 "Centralized Voice Mail"?

you will not see 3000 in the node 1 prefix list. It is not a prefix. You will see in in the 'numbering plan'.
What happens if you dial 3000 from the node 2 user? does the vmail answer?

yes the v mail answers,when dial 3000 from node-2.
but when calling node -2extension call doesnt go through v mail.
if send voic meassage from vmail to vmail.
on node 2 extension message of call back request n then forward to vmail.
43 doesnot work from node 2.
