QoS setting on a port are hold in one configuration line
This is shown by the command 'show configuration snapshot'
The combined line is aldo saved in the file boot.cfg
However at reboot these combined lines causes an error and setting are not applied.
How to overcome this problem?
I'm looking for a more sophisticated solution as applying those settings manually.

do you have an example of a line that gets saved and errors out on reboot? what version of software is on the switch?

example:
qos port 1/2 maximum egress-bandwidth 100.0M q0 maxbw 10.00M
This line will not be applied at startup without any notice.
To make it work the following commands need to be given:
qos port 1/2 maximum egress-bandwidth 100.0M
qos port 1/2 q0 maxbw 10.00M
Saving the config will again show a combined configuration line in boot.cfg

This is a bug and should be reported to Alcatel-Lucent via a SR. Did you open a ticket with them?
