anyone knows this error??

incinfo gave the following information:

6 : IPC transmission
-7 : inaccessible destination

I have accounting with tax-files on this system but no problems with it!

This error comes after !EVERY! outgoing external call...

The incident could be related with accounting internal database, tickets on the fly, hotel accounting.
