My Current Phone not working

I have a problem with the "My Current Phone" feature on MyIC.
The user has all the same settings and same phone (4028) as everyone else yet it is always disabled unless they change a number.
If they change a number it will become usable however soon as they try to use it, it just gets stuck on requesting and then fails with no error.
I did a comparison in omni vista with a user who has it working fine both settings are the same. If I get a working user to use MyIC on the broken users PC it works fine so its not software, but user related.
Is there a setting in omni vista or on the MyIC server that I am missing to enable this to work??
