disable LLDP with Cisco (R9.1)

Strange problems:
iptouches (have only 4068 on site) with R91 with encryption fail to play nice with LLDP.
the switch is Cisco (without PoE, diffrent models and firmware) switch uses VLAN Management Policy Server or "VMPS", if i disable lldp in phones, everything is OK.
it looks like this: ipphone works about 5 minutes, then reboot.
some phones behive like that, some don't.

Is there a possibility to put somewhere in IPtouch firmware a "switch" to not use LLDP? Site was running R8 without any problems.
Solution based on 'go to every room and into menu, disable LLDP and wait for ALU to make a patch' is not a good approach.
