I am facing problem with incoming calls on analog trunks APA8 in oxo.
Calls do not route to the destination assigned in the call distribution of respective trunk line.i cant find a clue why?But when it comes on ISDN DDI
line it lands at the appropriate destination as specified in dial plan.
i checked with 2nd oxo system ,have no problem with analog trunks incoming
distribution.
Any advice please?

If you write a destination in the call distribution, U must use the public numbers of the extensions :!: .
So check the Public & Restricted Public Numbering Plan

You will need to use your Public Numbering Plan to set it all up.

For example, if you would like Trunk 1 to go to Xtn 101 you would go into your Public Numbering Plan and set it as

Function ----------------Start---------------End---------------Base
Subscirber---------------666---------------666---------------101

Then in your call dist, you would enter 666 in trunk 1.

I find that to be the easiest way.
