I am having issues with some of my sites

Users are saying that when they make a call and the other parties answer they keep hearing the ringing but the other partie does not hear the ringing. It doesnt happen all the time but it does happen at multiple sites connected to the Call server

also the call log has disapeared
under menu the Telephony option is no longer there

any help would be appreciated

We are using a centralized architecture OmniPCX Enterprise 4760 rel 9.0

Some of my sets have the Telephony option under the Menu tab on the set and some have the Telephony option but it says service unavailable when you press teh button.

How do you turn it on or activated it

Joking right.. with the description...type of phones, sip trunking, traces, scenarios,and the list can go on...

4038 sets
conected to the call server over the wan

really what does that have to do with set feature really

on the 4038 iptouch sets when you move from the main page to the menu page there is a button labeled Telephony when you press it on most set it comes up with MyPhone page with Call Log, Callback requests and Directory

some sets when you press the Telephon button it says Service unabailable

does this help
