Hi,

Is it possible to remove the name recording when guest initially accessed their voice mail? or to instantly play recorded messages when guest accessed their voice mail? This feature can be done in OXE, how about in OXO?

Short answer: yes!
But only on startup wizzard.

wich type of Set? UA or SLI?

If you do not use voicemail all over the OXO you can disable it without programm the whole system new.
