Hi,

i have a mailbox-system with release 5.4.9 where the backup doesn't work.

I have configured the backup and the ip-adresses on the 4635 but when i try a backup on swinst this happens:

Any ideas?

Try to find out, why "Connection refused" is sent.
Can you try to do it manually:
ftp://mtcl:mtcl@<Voicemail-4635-IP-address>/sbr.sbz

Hi,

i can ping the voicemail from network but ftp and telnet is not possible. Only the local console works.
