i want know about R1 and R2 signaling in board GPA, in documentation about Tones

Configuration procedure there is R1 and R2 signaling

The type of tone downloaded on GPA2 and EMTL boards is defined in the board data.

Object name : Shelf> Board
Attributes:
Interface Type
GPA2 or EMTL board.
Tone on board
Select the tone type:
R1 tone,
R1_5 tone,
R2 tone.

what different R1 tone, R1_5 tone, and R2 tone.?

R1.5 tones - for TG with R1.5 signaling (f.e. in Russia used this protocol)
R2 tones - for TG with R2 signaling -
