Hold Recall does not work over Centralized IP link

Any help on this would be most welcome,

I have 3 OXEs connected and running as remote shelves of of a 4400 PCX over a dedicated MPLS IP network. All call features and handling are working wonderfully except for the Hold Recall. The hold recall is set to 90 sec and works as designed in the main PCX. however, if one of the remote shelves places a call on hold, the call does not ring back to the user after the timer expires. The call can be picked back up, but the notification does not work.

Anyone have any Ideas?
