Alcatel Unleashed

Hi all,
In Uganda specifically my organization (NSSF) we have about 400 sets but out of that 100 handsets are faulty. It can call and receive but the screen doen't show.
Our vendor told to replace new ones. Please is anybody there can provide me with technical support so that i can fix what went wrong rather than replacing as per dealers advise.

did you try the faulty ones to connect to an other system?
