CoCPU blocking

I'm getting some troubles with some CoCPU blocking, what are the possible conditions for the CoCPU to block?, We try to look on the broadcast (we enable on the switch broadcast filtering), we disable STP, the patch is the last one and there has been some hardware changes in history. Does anyone has have the same problem?, what was the solution (besides of rebooting it!!)

Can you give some more information

What release, the cocpu are used to do what(IP phones, IP trunk to 2 OXO?) thinhs like that

The release is pretty old, R1.1 68.001

We change the network from L2 to L3, so that the desconection don't mess around with the validation of the CoCPU with each CPU (corssing validation)
There are 4 OXOs, one conected to each other and only one with PSTN.

It appear another question, Do the OXO validate like in a Multicast group?, I check the net, and they send IGMP ("leave" and "report" messages).

Another question: it's recomended to use auto-auto, auto-forced on the oxo-trasceiver configuration?, (I guess auto-auto would be, but what is the experience!!)

We use R111/063.001 instead of R111/068.001 by some reason, that I don't remember. OXO uses VoIP to 4400.

that was exactly what we discovered last monday, It seems to be a patch problem, it has problem when the CocPU downloads the binary files from the CPU. Until now, with this patch (63.001) we haven't had any problem
