Dynamic routing

Hi,
I'am trying to configure dynamic routing but when an external call enters and that after 3 ring it goes on the second set the first set continues to ring.
Is it possible to make the first set stop ringing when the call goes on the second set?
Thanks
Use ARS

Hello,
the function is not really implemented on the OXO... but if you use the ARS it is possible to do this:
1. Create a prefix for "Secondary Trunk Group" and leave the base blank (eg. start: *9 - end: *9 - base: ARS - nmt: KEEP - private: yes
2. In ARS - TRUNK GROUP LIST create a Trunk group with index: LOCAL
3. ARS: Prefix: Create a line with network: PRIVATE - pefix:*9 - range: 00-99 (for 2digits internal numbers, use 000-999 for 3digits internal numbers) - substitute: BLANK - trunk group: 1 (use the just created trunk from the trunk group list)
4. Create a speed dial with the internal numer (eg. 120) and the trunk group *9.
If you put this speed dial in the destination of dynamic routing the first set stops ringing and the second set starts to ring....
But how does this magic work? As the call is now routed over ARS the OXO thinks that the call goes to an external destination. So the OXO stops the first set and calls the second "external" set...
But be carefull: If the call goes to the second set the OXO does not put out any TAPI or CSTA information.... so if you use a CTI-Application the software doesn´t show the call...
If you have any question about that let me know...
Best regards
