Hi all

We are doing a GVP transfer from OXE (Rel 9.1) in a CCD environment. The OXE is on redundancy. When we try to dial the RSI number locally from the MAin CPU, it starts the guide and then disconnects. But when we do the switchover its fine. But when we revert back its the same issue.

Can anyone help me out please as its in production.

I have the same issue with OXE R9.0 and GVP 8.1 (internal incoming calls only)
When we use an analogue set to make the call it works. The call is not cut off.
However when we use a digital phone (we need to enable DTMF to make a choice on the GVP), the call gets cut off after about 4 sec.
We upgraded the OXE to R10 and the same fault exist.

We just installed an OXE at a customer site (R10.0) together with Genesys and GVP (8.1) and all is working fine.
