Hi Team,

I have alcatel system rel 9.0 with call billing software 4760. also i have 14 PRI lines of two providers
my billing is working fine but from few days there are alarm in stand-by cpu
"000001S|---/--/-|=0:2663=IPC CHORUS ERR: APPLI MAO_AGENT oper 6 err -1002"
please help me what is meaning of this error.

Probably your main and st-by databases are no longer synchro. Stop voice app on st-by, run mastercopy, reboot, double bascul.

A bit late but stopping the phone appliaction on the stand-by followed by a mastercopy (with automatic start of TEL application) should be enough.
Don't forget to enable the autostart after the mastercopy again.
