Missed Calls

Hi all,

I'm having an issue here in OXE Rel 8.0. When an extension is already in call., and a second call comes in the busy camp on appears and it stays for 3-4 secs and disappears from the screen. but for the person who called the extension its still ringing for him. the second call never gets registered as miscall. is there any settings for this?
Expecting a very soon reply as i'm on customer site

the extension is an agent id
