4635 Mail Box for user with MIC

Hello.
OXE Cristal Hardware System with 4635 and also MIC.
We have notice that, when trying to erase the voice mail box to user with MIC associated via mgr, the parameter Voice Mail Dir.No. is erased but the voice mail box, on the 4635 is not erase.
If we erase the mail box, from an user without MIC associated, the parameter Voice Mail Dir.No. and the mail box on the 4635 are erased.
If we erase the mail box, from an user with MIC associated, the mail box on the 4635 is not erased. The mail box always remain created.
Any ideas of how to erase the mail box from mgr, to an user with MIC associated?.
