Wireless IP310 UDP issue

Hello,
Help needed please, i am trying to use the IP310 wireless handsets and have been getting an error saying ''UDP LOST''. I followed the advice below and it does stop the phone rebooting most of the time but the issue is still there in the fact that i cant log a phone in via the handset (i have to enter mac address manually in 4760/tcp parameters) and the phone will not end a call. The call clock keeps going and then eventually times itself out. Its like the connection between the OXE and the IP310 seems to be about 10 - 15 seconds behind and will just timeout or reboot.
The handset is the only connection on the wireless so bandwidth is not a problem. Any advise?
In the OxE, you need to implement a domain, were its corresponds to the ip range of the MIPT's, and configure a IP Quality of Service Class on these parameters:
UDP Lost : 30
UDP Lost Reinit : 15
UDP Keep Alive : 15
