Can I do one step transfer ?

hi~

I testing in call center site.

and 2 case testing.

it's so easy.

case 1 >

IP touchphone 4038 3ea (1000,1001,1002)

and call 1000 to 1001 and 1001 is not answer. 1001 want transfer 1002 , only not answer , during 1001 is ringing situation.

Can I do that?

I can't do that. only two step transfer is ok.

How do I transfer one stpe transfer?

pls answer the question.

This is not transfer. This is forward on ringing.

Ok..I misunderstand at terms.

but How can i forwording to another DN or agent ?
