7750 SR-12 Limitations

I'd like to open a topic to discuss the limitations on the 7750 SR-12s surrounding these two code releases 7.0R3 and 8.0R4.

Apparently, there are Link LDP limitations on these boxes. Unless they are upgrade to a new release with IOM3 to increase those limitations. The link LDP limitations I'm aware of are 250 is the max. Anyone knows anymore about this whether what will happen if I configure the 251th Link LDP and any other caveats surrounding these releases and hardware?
