Please update me VOIP16-2 supported witch cpu (cpu3m /cpu4)

I installed & loded softwear with VOPI for above hardwear but its not ditected.... Please conferm me to solution
& how to download latest Compatibility doc......

I have (54Al_Hardware_compatibility_en_ed10.pdf) only this document

VoIPX-2 needs the last patch of each release for being detected.

R7 - R710_079.001
R6 - R610_047.001
R5 - R510_059.001
R4 - R410_065.001
R3 - R310_060.001

Do an upgrade in your oxo.
