Sometimes Value 'Busy camp on" go in false himself

I noted that the sets configured with multiline keys sometimes change their dynamic state "busy camp on" in false, obviously they recive only one call per time.
I don't understand how is possible to change this value without use mgr or 4760.
Someone have a solution or an idea for that?

F.e. our secretar (4035 sets) - during conversation exist some soft keys (under display), one of them - exist "camp-on". If secretary want to press some key - some times press wrong key.
You can try do disable "camp-on control" in phone feature COS.

I just added a prefix for "camp on control" added in phone feature cos, and put on the phone a key for that prefix.
So the operator see when the feature camp-on is disabled or not, even see if someone cahange this parameter from mgr dynamic parameters.
