Forget OXO Password

Is there any procedure to recover the forgotten password of OMC in order to connect and configure OXO.

Installer Password is forgotten. Any procedure?

you need to contact alcatel to give you a form sign it by the customer to enter the pbx remotly as a munufacturer.Exept if you have a back up with password you know and make lola to the system.You can not hack the system cuase OMC uses encryption and you can not have access with serial in command prompt.Serial is only for monitoring.

remove or rename your expert.dll file in your omc installed directory.
then login with operator or admin password (I forget which one it is).

Do a backup and then cold restart and restore from backup.
password will be deafult after restart/restore.
