I have question in testing.

when I login at mtcl accounts, Can i change accounts permision at of mtcl $home directory ?

that means, I enter the command below

so, drwxrwxr-x 4 mtcl tel 4096 Sep 20 18:14 mtcl is change

Is it possible ? If possible , anything is problem ?

Yes...you can with chmod command.
But you must give mode rights not remove in order to work as before. If you remove some rights for owner or group it is possible that some processes to crash because cannot write or read from that directory.
