Need help with oxo

Have been asked to look at a OXO system installed in a private house which does not seem to do much. It lets a few extensions answer and make direct calls outside but does not hold or transfer any calls.
The ethernet port responds to a ping on 192.168.92.246 but nothing else. I cannot get a web link to it or even ftp. Also I do not have any system/configuration software such as pm5 to help me......Help :cry:

Without PM5 or the new one software you can't do anything.
Ask the PBX provider a copy of the software and password access.

Unfortunately I have no idea who the original supplier/installer was as there is no markings or labels on the equipment and no paperwork or cd's or anything left on site 2 years ago ! :cry: :cry:
