Accounting tickets from OXO (via FTP transfer)

Hi, guys

Someone knows if is it possible to get accounting tickets from OXO directly by FTP ? I know that OXO can store the informations in a internal buffer.

One costumer have a lot of systems and we´d like to avoid the need of serial interface adaptor or a lot of computers with OLD driver installed.

In fact, we´d like to work in a similar scenario with OXE, where we can get .DAT files from /usr4/account directory.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Can't have a OV4760 to gather accouting from oxo? (it's a question, i don't know oxo world very well...).
AFAIR from release 4.1 of OXO the accounting was done with some 'magic' - you (as client) connected to some "high" tcp port like 32021 or 20021 (don't remeber... use some portmap app to get it), you log on - as to normal ftp service, you "put" some file, and then in response you "get" accounting files. As, such this protocol was so obfuscated by ALU, that for some big client with many oxo's we stopped to 'guess' how to get accounting, and bought many V.24 + MOXA-like RSoverrIP, connected to external accounting program.

You can install OLD in some PC connected to the same network configure it, and listen port TCP 2561 of that PC.
