R5.2 compat with Win2k8 R2 Server 64bit?

Hi,

I have just installed a 4760 R5.2 on a win2k8 R2 Svr 64bit using an account that was created on domain and added to the servers local admin group. Everything seemed to install OK without error. But now we have a strange problem... it is not successfully synchronising all tickets and PTP files from OXE (R10.0)

Anyone know if 4760 installed on that platform is OK? The doc says Win2k8 server and Win7 64bit... :?

OK, I've just seen a copy of "OXE_R10Crosscompatibility_TR_March_2010_Ed07_EN.doc" and accrding to that doc, there is no problem with Win2k8 server R2 64bit.

So maybe my problems could be related to the fact that I did not use the True local admin account. :confused:

Hi Knight,

The default number of Days which the OmniVista can synchronize with the OXE is 2 days. You can edit this parameter using DirManag.exe should you need to get all tickets (more than 30 days) from the OXE.

Nice one ccube. I didn't know about that. But in anycase, the problem I am having is apparently far more sinister and I am told the 4760 is not collecting any accounting tickets at all! so could be looking at a re-install, this time using the true local admin account.

Oh, I need that solution but now in 8770, I'm trying to collect all tickets, but I Have a GAP between today and 1 month before.
