OMNI PCX Pre Sales-Solution Architect

Hi Guys

I spoke to a friend of mine and he has approached me with some difficulty. He is trying to hire a OMNI PCX Enterprise Solution Architect but as you guys would most definately know this a is a very niche skill to have. The role we are working with is looking at interviewing anyone with strong Alcatel-Lucent products preferably OMNI PCX.

Who would know anyone or themselves that are interested as I would also love to learn more regarding this product.

I have question, can you help me, how can I order only licenses for analog services without hardware boards from Actis tool for OmniPCX (OXE).Thanks and regards.

Great stuff here. The information and the detail were just perfect. I think that your perspective is deep, its just well thought out and really fantastic to see someone who knows how to put these thoughts down so well. Great job on this.

Hi all,

i am configuring the Genesys compact with OXE 10.0 on actis. so i have some issues need your help on it:

- Customer need 20 PC inbound agents ( use soundcard and head phone for voice): i configured "Inbound voice agent seats: 20).
should i need to configure "IP agent sofphone" license on OXE for voice on PC agents or NOT?
- Customer need the voice prompts for incoming call to CC: so i configured "Visual ports IVR: 20" to use voice guide resouce from OXE . it's enough or NOT? should i need to add RSI licence (RSI agents,simultaneous connections for call prompting) on OXE?
