Hi all

I understand that the SIP configuration, Quarantined IP addresses are configured manually. I'm wondering whether the OXE can quarantine IP addresses automatically based on no of call setup in a second or some other criteria.

Yes it can.

From the system doc

When the number of SIP messages, received by the Call Server from the SIP gateway, exceeds 25 for a period of 3 seconds, automatically its IP address, is put in quarantine for1800 seconds.
The way, to override this security, is to manage the IP address of this equipment on the Trusted IP Addresses.
