Hi!

I have 2 pmd files in my root directory. Why are they created? What I can do with it?

Hi,
PMD files are crashlog that you could send to the ALU technical support. Your 6850 crashed (and rebooted) after significant errors(first time at Aug 23 00:08, second at Oct 26 19:58).The reason could be found in pmd and swlog files.

Thanks for info! Could you please advice how to have detailed log from 6850 on remote logging system? In switchlog only few minutes stored if some detailed logs are enabled.

What kinds of logs you usually use for troubleshooting?

Hi,
do you mean syslog?
Switch Logging for AOS Devices to syslog server
Switch logging on AOS Devices
OmniVista have an integrated syslog server. Please refer the corresponding Switch Manual for further details on configuration of syslog on the AOS.

->dilete /flash/Crash2.pmd
после сохрани кон-фиг и сбрось настройки по Default
