Is it possible to send a global voice broadcast to all connected IP Touch handsets?

We need to do something like you. but our phones are SIP phones.

For IP touch phones you can use the solution OXE offeres based on automatic add on conference - however the broadcast is not possible to all devices at the same time, but to list of devices pre-programmed (max is 28 devices I think). You can make lists comprising all your users.
For SIP users maybe a 3rd party solution...

I have OXE R9.0 site setup in another state with list comprising of DECT and IP handsets with loud speaker. The anouncement initiator dials #2 (Call announcement prefix) and the List ID 7 part for conference group 0.

I am not sure if this is a problem or limited feature. All the sets ring only twice and if not answered by any it hangs up on the initiator.
1.Is there a timer to increase this ring burst. I have played around with timer 79 but no luck?
2. Is there a way on the OXE system to have broadcast working like an OXO where you dial the prefix and even preprogrammed list number and then you can broadcast/page on all sets loudspeakers. I dont understand why users in the group have to answer the call to come on the loud speaker and this doesnt come on automatically.
