Hello,

i have two appliance servers in R 9.1. I have configured the SIP gateway, the proxy, the network routing table, the SIP trunk group and the SIP extension. The SIP extenion is under an Audiocodes, which is also configured. If I call from the SIP extension to an IP user, al works properly but I can not call from an IP user to the SIP extension. In an incvisu:

08/11/11 14:11:32 000001M|---/--/-/---|=3:5816=Minor failure in SIP component
08/11/11 14:11:32 000001S|003/03/-/---|=3:2040=Std By CPU. Bad term type = T_RESU instead of POS_NUM Msg 32 n_term 206
08/11/11 14:11:32 000001S|---/--/-/---|=0:1721=Phone exc 14, PC 0x08473031 neqt 5536
08/11/11 14:11:32 000001S|003/03/-/---|=3:2040=Std By CPU. Bad term type = T_RESU instead of POS_NUM Msg 32 n_term 205
08/11/11 14:11:33 000001S|---/--/-/---|=0:1721=Phone exc 14, PC 0x08473031 neqt 5536
08/11/11 14:11:34 000001S|---/--/-/---|=0:1721=Phone exc 14, PC 0x08473031 neqt 5536

in the SIP Alarm log file: /tmpd/sipalarm.log:

> 11/08/11 - 14:11:32 Minor alarm
[receiveInviteEvent] Call: eqt: 5536 INITIAL_STATE failed to emit an Invite message.

In a "sipregister" I can see the extension registered and associated to the Audiocodes IP.

Why can“t I call from an IP user to the SIP user?

Thanks,

HI.

You have to create a user from the mgr menu

USERS/CREATE

The audiocode, is a SEPLOS extension, for the type of the terminal in the user you must be select SIP EXTENSION, you also be validate the data ctrl+V or F1 key, in the next screen the password for your SIP must be entered.

Please try it.!!!

Hi Achavesu,

in first place, thanks for your answer.

The SIP user is also created. It is under an Audiocodes, but the user has been created in mgr as a SIP extension.

Do you have Multi Algorithms for Compression activated on System parameters?
Compressors available and configured for the use of users?
