actis can't to run in VMWARE xp os?

i install actis 9.6.1 in wmware xp os.
it can be installed,but run it get an error. would you try it ?

Actis can run in VmWare, with WinXP or Win7.
Please send a screen shot or your error

Did you solve the issue, I got the same error in my windows Xp laptop with the release 16_3_1
