Anyone using Vital Suite ?

We are using Vital Suite for years now, and we discovered recently that the graphs concerning Gigabit ports
are totally wrong. According to Vital Suite, none of our GB ports exceeds 10 %.
It does this for all our Alcatel switch types (6850, 7700, 9700).
Graphs for 100MB ports seem to show the correct figures.

We reported this to the Vital Suite service desk, and after first telling us that we configured it wrong, now there final answer is: The Alcatel switches causes this. The funny part is, Alcatel Lucent owns Vital Suite these days....

I've now setup a PC running MRTG, and these graphs show more reasonable figures. After generating a lot of data, the
MRTG charts indeed show up to 900 MBit/s.
So the Alcatel switches are capable of producing the correct counters.

Does anyone here use Vital Suite who can confirm/deny the correct functioning of Vital Suite at there end ?
