ACCOUNTING: Appli ACC_ETH : feature incident 2 3

Post by dryhouse »

Hi guys;

I have this incident in my system.4760 receive the tickets and work ok.

16/11/11 06:43:43 000099M|---/--/-/---|=2:0275=ACCOUNTING: Appli ACC_ETH : feature incident 2 3
16/11/11 06:43:43 000099S|---/--/-/---|=2:0275=ACCOUNTING: Appli ACC_ETH : feature incident 2 3
16/11/11 07:23:42 000099M|---/--/-/---|=2:0275=ACCOUNTING: Appli ACC_ETH : feature incident 10 0

the meaning of the incident does not explain well:

2 BUF_OVERFLOW. The ethernet buffer is full."
" P3 is equal to 3 (ethernet thread)."

(10, 0) Operation to be done again with coherent data."

Any idea? Thanks for your Replies.

Files for external accounting (used by 4760) and real time ticket output (via ethernet) - not the same.
Check application / accounting - managed or not "on-line printing" and used or not.

Hi vad, thanks for your replie,

I check application/accounting:

internal accounting-->yes
Files for external accounting-->yes
outpout in real time-->no
tickets storage--> no

Only 4760 receive the tickets. The configuration is ok?

Hi Luis,

The incident has been corrected with
IP tickets over ethernet: NO and
real time tickets output: NO

Your incident means: a bad date in your PBX

You have more then one problem.
09/12/21 16:28:17 000001S|---/--/-/---|=2:0275=ACCOUNTING: Appli ACC_ETH : feature incident 2 3 - incident from stand-by CPU. May be on twin CPU you have Real-time tickets=yes?
09/12/21 16:28:58 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:0283=ACCOUNTING. Appli CALLHANDLING : feature incident 2 527 - you have duration accounting. For dialed number started from 527 - not managed charge scale.

09/12/21 16:28:22 000001M|001/00/0/134|=3:0386=Sig. on IP set: No response from de set 00:80:9f:22:4f:7d,5517
09/12/21 16:29:12 000001M|000/00/0/000|=4:0426=IPTOUCH terminal reset 13,00:80:9f:ee:4f:7d,5517 - just problem with IP set - check your network - management, cabling etc.
