Hi everyone,

I have an issue with 2 of my Alcatel PBXs (these are one OXE and one OXO).
They are connected through H323 channels by using G723 codec compression.

The problem is that after exactly 60 minutes my VoIP calls between these 2 systems are hanging up, no matter if they are remotely connected or in the same subnet.

Can you please help to know if there is a timer parameter for VoIP calls or something like that on the OXO?

My calls between 2 OXEs are not been affected like that, they even holding the calls up for hours.

OXE's release is R6.1.1 and OXO's release is R8.21. If you need something else that should I share let me know.

Thanks in advance
Enzo

It could be from OXO. It has smth to automaticaly cut a call after an hour but i think that was for analog lines. However you should check System misc parameters.

Hi

OXO has a timer in sys misc --> feature design --> part 5 --> automatic release for analog trunk to trunk joining (default 1 hour, max 127 hours.). I don't know if it is your problem because it is an IP trunk, but check it.
