Does anyone knows if there is a common-known problem regarding the "understanding" from OXO R400/16.5 (MIX4/8/4, APA-4 and CPU-2), when an incoming call in an analog (PSTN) line is a fax call or a normal voice call?

What I am trying to do is:

I have 1 analog (PSTN) line connected in APA-4 board and I want to configure that line, when an incoming FAX call is arriving to send it to int. No.118 (fax machine connected in first analog port in MIX4/8/4 board, with services enabled Fax 2/3 and Fax G4), and when an incoming voice call is arriving to send it to a hunting group (540).

I have already done the configuration that is described in viewtopic.php?f=227&t=18497 by tot3nkopf, but the system doesn't work.

P.S. I have an AA License (License parameters: open, not config).

AA -> Open, Not config
Fax modem switching -> Enabled, Enabled
Fax server Ports -> n.a.

Configuration:

a) Fax machine is connected in first analog port of MIX4/8/4 board (int. No 118)
b) Subscribers Parameters (int. no 118)
- Original Type -> Single line (class)
- Services -> Telephone, Fax G4, Fax 2/3
c) Preannouncement overview (same settings for all days)
- Time range 1: Before call distribution, MSG 1
- Time range 2: Before call distribution, MSG 1

Any help?

I have found the solution!!!

System Miscellaneous->Memory Read/Write->Other Labels->FaxCRActiv-> The value must be 01 (default 00)
