Cant do pickup when using LCA in a script.

I have a CCS script running LCA. If the LCA is true then the list contains only one Agent (to be expected) however if this Agent walks away from the phone you cannot do a pickup to intercept this call. I know they need to be trained to make sure they go unavailable but they are not that disciplined. Any ideas on how to enable the other Agents in the PG to do a pickup???
